Description
Zusatzpatent zum l-fauptpatent Nr. 226453. Verfahren zur Vierstellung eines Schwefelfarbstoffes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sieh auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schwefel fambstoffes.,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 14,15-Benzco,eramidonin (siehe deutsche Pa tentschrift Nr. 272614) mit einem Schwefel- Chh,lorschwefelgemisch behandelt.
Dem so erhaltene Farbstoff ist .ein schwärz- liches Pulver und färbt die pflanzliche Faser aus dem @Schwpfelnatriumbad in oliwtichig braunen Tönen von .guter Echtheit, insbeson- dere von guter Lichtechtheit.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Zueiner Schmelze von 12 Teilen Schwefel in 150 Teilen Chlorschwefel werden allmäh lich 40 Teile 14,15-Benzcoeramidonin bei 70 bis 80 eingetragen. Man heizt langsam auf 150 , kocht 1 Stunde unter Rückfluss und destilliert dann bis zur Trockne.
Dann wird die T",eratur bis auf 270 erhöht und 6 Stunden bei dieser Temperatur gehalten. Durch: Nachbehandlung mit Schwefelnatrium und Natronlauge wird der Farbstoff in üblicher Weise aufgeschlossen und auf gearbeitet.
