Description

  

  Behälter.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein Behälter aus Hartpapier, bei welchem er  findungsgemäss der Boden mit der Zarge  durch mindestens eine     Sieke    gesichert ver  bunden ist.  



  Es ist bekannt, Dosen oder Becher aus  Hartpapier herzustellen, bei welchen die  senkrecht zur Bodenfläche     abgebogenen    Rän  der des Bodens durch die darüber umgelapp  ten Enden der Behälterwandung gehalten  werden. Dieser sogenannte Falzboden dient  dazu, um den Boden mit der Zarge     luft-    und  wasserdicht zu verbinden. Diese Gestaltung  des Falzes benötigt aber in der Fabrikation  besondere Sorgfalt, um eine sichere Gewähr  gegen das lockere Sitzen des Bodens zu er  halten. In der Regel hat man sich auch da  mit begnügt, in den Falz Paraffin einzu  giessen, um ein einigermassen genügendes  Festhalten des Bodens zu erzielen. Ein Her  ausgleiten des Bodens war aber insbesondere  bei grösseren und dementsprechend in gefüll  tem Zustande schwereren Behältern dennoch  möglich.

      Dies wird nun bei der in der     Zeichnung     im     Asialschnitt    dargestellten, beispielsweisen  Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstan  des mit Sicherheit vermieden, indem im glei  chen Arbeitsgang zur Herstellung der Falz  verbindung eine     Sieke    eingedrückt wird. Da  mit schliesst sich nicht nur das Hartpapier  besser und dauernd aneinander, sondern es  wird ein Herausgleiten des Bodens aus dem  Falz vermieden, da die     Sieke    gleichzeitig eine       Versteifungsrippe        bildet.     



  Es ist selbstverständlich möglich, eine  oder mehrere     Sieken    anzuordnen und die  selben     entweder    nach innen oder nach aussen  zu drücken. Die     Sieke        bezw.    die     Sieken    kön  nen sich über den     ganzen    Umfang erstrecken  oder stellenweise unterbrochen sein. Es ist  auch möglich, eine oder mehrere     Sieken    ge  neigt zur Behälterase verlaufen zu lassen.

However, this design of the fold requires special care in manufacture in order to keep a secure guarantee against loose seating of the floor. As a rule, one has also been content with pouring paraffin into the fold in order to achieve a reasonably sufficient hold on the floor. Slipping out of the bottom was nevertheless possible, especially in the case of larger and, accordingly, heavier containers when filled.

      This is now avoided in the exemplary embodiment of the subject of the invention shown in the drawing in the asial section, by a Sieke is pressed in the same operation to produce the fold connection. As a result, not only does the hard paper close better and more permanently, but also prevents the bottom from sliding out of the fold, since the screen also forms a stiffening rib.



  It is of course possible to arrange one or more sieves and press the same either inwards or outwards. The Sieke respectively. the sieves can extend over the entire circumference or be interrupted in places. It is also possible to let one or more sieves run inclined towards the container nose.
