Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chromhaltigen     Azofarbstoües.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines     chromhaltigen        Azofarbstoffes,    welches  dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man den       Azofarbstoff    aus     .diazotierter        5-Sulfo-3-chlor-          2-aminobenzol-l-carbonsäure    und     1-(4'-Sulfo-          phenyl)    - 3 -     methyl    - 5 -     pyrazolon    mit einem  chromabgebenden Mittel behandelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  51.,7     Gewichtsteile    des     Azofarbstoffes    aus       diazotierter        5-Sulfo-3-chlor-2-aminobenzol-l-          carbonsäure    und     1-(9:'-Sulfophenyl)-3-methyl-          5-pyrazolon    werden in 1000 Gewichtsteilen  Wasser gelöst und zusammen mit 250 Ge  wichtsteilen     Chromfluorid,    entsprechen. 18       Gewichtsteilen    Chromoxyd, mehrere Stunden  unter     llückfluss    gekocht. Nach beendeter       Chromkomplexbildung    wird der Farbstoff  aus der klaren Lösung mit Kochsalz aus  gesalzen, abgesaugt und getrocknet.

   Die       Chromierung    kann auch mit andern chrom  abgebenden     Mitteln,    beispielsweise Chrom-         formiat    oder Chromchlorid, durchgeführt  werden.  



  Der so erhaltene chromhaltige     Azofarb-    .  Stoff stellt ein gelbes Pulver dar, das Wolle  aus saurem Bade in     grünstichig-gelben    Tönen  von guten Echtheitseigenschaften färbt.
