Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Nach dem im Hauptpatent beschriebenen  Verfahren erhält man einen Leder in schönen  oliv-     bezw.        gelbstichig    havannabraunen Tö  nen anfärbenden Farbstoff,     wenn    man 4'  N'itro-4-aminodiphenylamin-2'-sulfosäure     di-          azotiert,    die     Diazoverbindung    mit 1     .2-Di-          oxyl>enzol    kuppelt, dann die     Farbstofflösung     mit einem     Oxydationsmittel    nachbehandelt.  



  Wie nun weiter gefunden wurde, erhält  man einen Farbstoff mit ähnlichen Eigen  ,ehaften, wenn man     4'-Nitro-4-aminodiphe-          nylamin-2'-sulfosäure        diazotiert,    die     Diazo-          verbindung    mit 1<B>.9-.</B>     4-Trioxybenzol    kuppelt  und dann den erhaltenen Farbstoff mit einem       Oxydationsmittel    nachbehandelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  30,9 Teile     4'-Nitro-4-aminodiphenylamin-          2'-sulfosäiire    werden in     bekannter    Weise     di-          azotierf;    und mit einer     Lösung    von 12,6 Teilen  1     .2.4-Trioxybenzol    vereinigt, worauf die       blinerahäure    mit     Natriumacetat    abgestumpft    und die     Kupplung    durch     mehrstündiges     Rühren bei 35 bis 40' C beendet wird.

   Da  nach wird     sodaalkalisch    gemacht und in der  Wärme 1 bis 3 Tage lang     unter    Rühren ein       Luftstrom        hindurchgeleitet,    wodurch die  Nuance der Lösung gelber wird. Der Farb  stoff wird dann in üblicher Weise durch       Koehsalzzusatz    abgeschieden.  



  Der Farbstoff färbt Chromkalbleder und  vegetabilisch gegerbtes Schafleder in havanna  braunen Tönen an. Die Färbungen haben       gute        Echtheitseigenschaften.     



  Die     oxydative    Behandlung kann auch so  durchgeführt werden, dass man den Farbstoff  in     sodaalkalischer    Lösung in der     Kälte    mit       Mn02        verrührt.    .

  <I> Example: </I> 30.9 parts of 4'-nitro-4-aminodiphenylamine-2'-sulfosäiire are diazotized in a known manner; and combined with a solution of 12.6 parts of 1,2.4-trioxybenzene, whereupon the blinerah acid is truncated with sodium acetate and the coupling is terminated by stirring at 35 to 40 ° C. for several hours.

   After that, it is made alkaline with soda and a stream of air is passed through it in the heat for 1 to 3 days with stirring, whereby the shade of the solution becomes more yellow. The dye is then deposited in the usual way by adding coal salt.



  The dye stains chrome calfskin and vegetable-tanned sheepskin in havana brown tones. The dyeings have good fastness properties.



  The oxidative treatment can also be carried out by stirring the dye in a soda-alkaline solution in the cold with MnO2. .

Claim: Process for the production of an azo dye, characterized in that 4'-nitro-4-aminodiphenylamine-2 '-eulfonic acid is diazotized, the diazo compound is coupled with 1.2.4-trioxybenzene and then the dye obtained with an oxidizing agent post-treated. The dye stains chrome calfskin and vegetable-tanned sheepskin in havana brown tones. The dyeings have good fastness properties.
