Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chromhaltigen     Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpa  tentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines  chromhaltigen     Azofarbstoffes,    welches da  durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man den     Azo-          farbstoff    aus     diazotierter        o-Aminobenzoesäure     und     1-(4'-Methyl-2'-sulfophenyl)-3-phenyl-5-          pyrazolon    mit einem chromabgebenden Mit  tel behandelt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  478     Gewichtsteile    des     Azofarbstoffes    aus       diazotierter        o-Aminobenzoesäure    und     1-(4'-Me-          thyl-2'-        sulfophenyl)    -3     -phenyl-    5     -pyrazolon     werden in wässriger Lösung mit     Chromfor-          miat,    entsprechend 92 Gewichtsteilen Chrom  oxyd, etwa 4 Stunden unter Druck auf 130  bis 140   C erhitzt. Nach beendeter Chrom  komplexbildung wird abgesaugt und getrock  net.

   Die     Chromierung    kann auch mit andern  chromabgebenden Mitteln, beispielsweise       Chromfluorid    oder Chromchlorid durchgeführt  werden.  



  Der so erhaltene chromhaltige Azofarb-         stoff    stellt ein gelbes, in Wasser leicht lös  liches Pulver dar, das Wolle aus saurem  Bade in gelben Tönen von ausgezeichneter  Lichtechtheit, sehr guter Gleichmässigkeit  und guter Waschechtheit färbt.

   The chromizing can also be carried out with other chromium-releasing agents, for example chromium fluoride or chromium chloride.



  The chromium-containing azo dye thus obtained is a yellow powder which is readily soluble in water and which dyes wool from an acid bath in yellow shades of excellent lightfastness, very good uniformity and good washfastness.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chrom- haltigen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man den Azofarbstoff aus diazo- tierter o-Aminobenzoesäure und 1-(4'-Methyl- 2'- sulfophenyl) - 3 - phenyl - 5 - pyrazolon mit einem chromabgebenden Mittel behandelt.
