Description

       

  Verfahren zum Herstellen -von     profflierten        Netallstücken.       Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Ver  fahren zum Herstellen von profilierten Me  tallstücken gemäss Patent     Nr.    147864, bei  welchem das zu profilierende Metallstück  zwischen einer Walze und einem in Richtung  der Walzenumdrehung beweglichen, die Pro  filierung, ganz oder teilweise herstellenden  Tisch hindurchgeführt wird.  



  Wenn nun bei diesen Verfahren zur Her  stellung von profilierten Metallstücken die  Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Walze gleich  ist der Geschwindigkeit des Tisches, so hat  sich gezeigt,     dass        Verdrückungen,    Verzerrun  gen,     Verwerfungen    oder dergleichen des Pro  fils zwischen den Verstärkungen, beispiels  weise Rippen oder Nocken, entstehen, die  die einwandfreie Beschaffenheit des     Endpro-          dukteg    beeinträchtigen.  



  Erfindungsgemäss können nun einwand  freie     -profilierte-Metal-Istüclcp--    dadurch herge  stellt werden, indem man dem eine gerad  linige Bewegung ausführenden Tisch eine  Geschwindigkeit erteilt, die grösser als die  Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Walze ist. Es    wurde beispielsweise beim Walzen von Stä  ben aus Eisen mit Querprofilen festgestellt,       dass,    wenn der Tisch eine gegenüber der       Umfangsgeschwindigkeit        der        Walze        um        25        %     grössere Geschwindigkeit aufwies,

   das     Ar-          beits8tück    in durchaus einwandfreiem Zustande  aus der Matrize des Tisches herausgenommen  werden konnte. Die Grösse der Mehrge  schwindigkeit ist durch Versuch bei den  einzelnen Metallen, aus denen die Werkstücke  bestehen, leicht festzustellen.

   the work piece could be removed from the matrix of the table in a perfectly perfect condition. The size of the multi-speed can easily be determined by testing the individual metals that make up the workpieces.

PATENTANSPRUCII: Verfahren zum Herstellen von profilierten Metallstücken gemäss Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem eine geradlinige Bewegung ausführenden Tisch eine Geschwindigkeit erteilt wird, die grösser als die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Walze ist.
