Description

  

      Verfahrün    zur Darstellung eines     Küpenfarbstofes    der     Perylenreihe.       Die Erfindung     betrifft    ein     Verfahren    zur  Darstellung eines     Küpenfarbstoffes    der     Pe-          rYlenreihe,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man       Perylen-3,9-dicai-bonsäurechloi-id    mit     a-Ami-          noanthrachinon    in Nitrobenzol erwärmt. Man  erhält     hierdurch    einen     Küpenfarbstoff,    welcher  Baumwolle goldbraun färbt.  



       .Ausführungsbeispiel:     1 Gewichtsteil     a-Aminoanthrachinon    wird  in 50     Gewichtsteilen    Nitrobenzol gelöst und  zur Lösung bei einer Temperatur von etwa  <B>1800</B> eine Aufschlämmung von 1     Gewiebts-          teil        Perylen-3,9-dicarbonsäurechlorid    in 20  Gewichtsteilen Nitrobenzol anteilweise zuge  fügt. Die Reaktion beginnt     unmittelbar    nach  dem Zusatz; der gebildete     Farbstoff    scheidet  sich noch in der Hitze als braunes Pulver  aus. Nach zirka 15 Minuten dauerndem Er  hitzen ist die Reaktion beendet.

   Nach dem       Eikalten    filtriert man und wäscht mit     Nitro-          benzol    und Alkohol. Der     Farbstoff    stellt ein  braunes Pulver dar, das in konzentrierter    Schwefelsäure mit brauner Farbe     löslich,     schwer löslich in Nitrobenzol und Anilin mit  gelbbrauner Farbe, praktisch     unlöalicli    in       gylol,        Toluol        etc.    Die     Farbe    der     Kühe    ist  braun, Baumwolle zieht ebenso auf und gibt  beim Verhängen hellbraune Färbungen.
