Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Nüpenfarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass neue Küpen- farbstoffe erhalten werden, wenn man die durch Kondensation von Aceanthrenehinon oder seinen Substitutionsprodukten oder De rivaten mit einem 1#2-Diamin erhältlichen Produkte der allgemeinen Konstitution

mit einem Ätzalkali verschmilzt und die so erhaltenen neuen Küpenfarbstoffe ge gebenenfalls halogeniert. Als 1#2-Diamine können solche der aromatischen, aliphatischen oder alicyclischen Reihe verwendet werden, beispielsweise 1 # 2-Diamiiiobenzol, 1-Methyl- 3.4-diaminobenzol, 2-Chlor-4.5-diaminotoluol, Äthylen-1.2-diamin, 1.2-Diaminonaphthalin, 2 . 3-Diaminofluorenon oder ähnliche.
Die Kon stitution der so erhaltenen neuen Farbstoffe ist unbekannt.
Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Küpenfarb- stoffes, welches darin besteht, dass man das durch Kondensation von Aceanthrenchinon mit 1 # 2-Diaminobenzol erhältliche Produkt .folgender Formel:

Beispiel: 10 Gewichtsteile des Kondensationspro duktes von Aceanthrenchinon mit 1.2-Di- aminobenzol folgender Formel:

werden bei etwa 100 in eine Mischung von 100 Gewichtsteilen Ätzkali und 70 Gewichts teilen Alkohol eingetragen. Die Temperatur wird allmählich auf<B>150-1600</B> gesteigert und etwa '/2 Stunde hierbei gehalten. Die Reaktionsmasse wird dann in Wasser ge gossen, der abgeschiedene Farbstoff ab- genutscht, neutral gewaschen und getrocknet.
Er stellt ein grünes, amorphes Pulver dar, das in den gebräuchlichen organischen Lö sungsmitteln sehr schwerlöslich ist. In kon zentrierter Schwefelsäure löst er sich oliv- farben. Baumwolle wird aus grüner Küpe in grünen Tönen angefärbt, deren Echtheits eigenschaften hervorragend sind.
