Description

  

      Terfahren    zur Darstellung eines     Nüpenfarbstoffes    der     Perylenreihe.       Die Erfindung     betrifft    ein Verfahren  zur Darstellung eines     Küpenfarbstoffes    der       Perylenreibe,    bei dem man     Perylen-3,9-          dicarbonsäurechlorid    mit     1:12-Diamino-          perylen-3    .     10-chinon    in     Nitrobenzol    erwärmt.

    Es gelingt auf diese Weise, einen     Küpen-          farbstoff    zu erhalten, welcher Baumwolle in       sattbraunen    Tönen anfärbt.  



       Ausführungsbeispiel:     1 Gewichtsteil     1.12-Diaminoperylen-          3.10-chinon    wird in 200     Gewichtsteilen     Nitrobenzol gelöst und bei einer Temperatur  von zirka<B>190'</B> eine Aufschlämmung von  3 Gewichtsteilen     Perylen-3    .     9-dicarbonsäure-          chlorid    in 30 Gewichtsteilen Nitrobenzol       anteilweise    zugefügt.

   Nach ungefähr 15 Mi  nuten ist die Umsetzung beendet und nach  dem     Abfiltrieren    erhält man den rohen Farb  stoff in Form eines dunkelbraunen Pulvers,  das gegebenenfalls mit verdünntem Ammo  niak behandelt wird, um Anteile an     Pery-          len-3.9-dicarbonsäure    zu entfernen. In kon-    zentrierter Schwefelsäure löst sich der Farb  stoff mit roter Farbe; schwer löslich ist er  in Nitrobenzol und Anilin; die Lösungen  sind braun gefärbt. Die Farbe der     Küpe    ist  rotbraun, Baumwolle zieht ebenso auf; beim  Verhängen erhält man ein sattes tiefes Braun.
