Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Derivates des Dibenzpyrenchinons. Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Derivates des Dibenzpyren- chinons beschrieben, bei dem Monoamino- dibenzpyrenchinon mit Benzoylchlorid be handelt wird.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man eben falls ein Derivat des Dibenzpyrenchinons von ähnlichen, wertvollen Eigenschaften erhalten kann, wenn man Monoaminodibenzpyrenchi- non, erhältlich durch Nitrieren von Dibenz- pyrenchinon von der Formel

in Nitrobenzol mit 96 /o iger Salpetersäure bei 80-100<B>0 0</B> und Reduktion des erhaltenen Nitrokörpers mit Schwefelnatriumlösung bei 90-100o C, mit Phosgen behandelt.
Der neue Körper stellt ein kristallines Pulver dar, das sich in Schwefelsäure mit karminroter Farbe löst und aus roter Küpe Baumwolle in kräftigen braunen Tönen von vorzüglichen Echtheitseigenschaften, insbe sondere sehr guter Waschechtheit, färbt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 20 Gewichtsteile Monoaminodibenzpyren- chinon werden in 400 Gewichtsteilen frischem Nitrobenzol auf<B>180-1901</B> C unter Rühren erwärmt. In das Gemisch wird zirka sechs Stunden lang bei dieser Temperatur trockenes Phosgen eingeleitet. Nach dieser Zeit wird der gebildete Dibenzpyrenchinonylharristoff bei etwa<B>1500</B> abgesaugt, mit Alkohol ge waschen und getrocknet.

The new body is a crystalline powder that dissolves in sulfuric acid with a carmine-red color and dyes cotton from a red vat in strong brown tones with excellent fastness properties, in particular very good washfastness.
