  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Nüpenfarbstoffes.       Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur  Darstellung eines     Küpenfarbstoffes    aus dem  Kondensationsprodukt von     Bzl-Halogenbenz-          anthron    und     4.4'-Diaminodiphtaloylcarbazol     durch Behandeln mit Alkali beschrieben.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden,     dass    man in ganz  analoger Weise einen ähnlichen     Küpenfarb-          stoff    erhält, wenn man das Kondensations  produkt aus<B>1</B>     Mol    2.     6-Dichlorbenzanthron     und<B>1</B>     Mol        5-Amino-4'-berizoyl-aminodiphta-          loylearbazol,    welch letzteres die Formel

    besitzt, mit einem sauren Kondensations  mittel behandelt, zum Beispiel in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure erwärmt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  <B>10</B> Teile des Kondensationsproduktes aus  <B>1</B>     Mol        2.6-Dichlorbenzanthron    und<B>1</B>     Mol        5-          Amino-4'-benzoylaminodiphtaloyleat-bazol    (er  hältlich z.

   B. durch     UmsetzLino,    der vorer  wähnten Komponenten mit     Natriumacetat     und Kupferverbindungen in siedendem     Nitro-          benzol)    werden mit 200 Teilen konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure so lange auf     50-521'   <B>C</B> er  wärmt, bis die anfangs     blauroteLösungsfarbe     in ein     violettstichiges    Braun übergegangen  ist. Man erhält  so den neuen Farbstoff als braunschwarzen  Teig, der aus brauner     Küpe    die vegetabilische  Faser in schönen rotbraunen Tönen färbt.

    Der Farbstoff ist in trockenem Zustande ein  braunschwarzes Pulver, das sich in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure mit     violettstichig    brau  ner Farbe löst.
