Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Darstellung eines     Küpenfarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen violet  ten     Küpenfarbstoff    erhält, wenn man den  nach dem Verfahren des Schweiz. Patentes  Nr. 56473 erhaltenen     Küpenfarbstoff,    der als       Trichloranthrachinonakridon    anzusprechen  ist, mit     p-Toluolsulfamid    behandelt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff bildet nach dem Um  kristallisieren aus     Dichlorbenzol    schöne     kup-          fcrglä.nzencle,    violette Nadeln, die sich in kon  zentrierter Schwefelsäure mit braunroter  Farbe lösen, die nach kurzem Erwärmen in  orangerot übergeht, und liefert mit     allka-          lischer        Hyclrosulfitlösung    eine weinrote       Küpe,    aus der Baumwolle in weinroten Tö  nen gefärbt wird, die beim Verhängen und  Waschen in violette Töne übergehen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  4 Teile des nach dem Schweiz. Patent  Nr.     56472    hergestellten     Küpenfarbstoffes     werden mit 1.,8 Teilen     p-Toluolsulfamid,    0,6  Teilen wasserfreiem     Natriumacetat,    0,05 Tei-         len    Kupferacetat und 20 Teilen Nitrobenzol  unter Rührung zum Sieden erhitzt. Das Aus  gangsmaterial geht in Lösung, die Reaktions  masse färbt sich sehr rasch violett. Sobald  die Intensität der     Färbung    nicht mehr zu  nimmt, was nach ganz kurzem Erhitzen der  Fall ist, lässt man die Masse erkalten, die zu  einem Kristallbrei erstarrt.

   Man verdünnt  mit Alkohol, saugt ab, wäscht mit Alkohol  nach, kocht den Rückstand mit Wasser und  etwas verdünnter Salzsäure aus und trocknet.  Der erhaltene Farbstoff lässt sich aus     Di-          chlorbenzol        umkristallisieren.
