Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines stark Basisehen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass ein stark basi  scher wertvoller Farbstoff     ensteht    wenn man  die     Diazoverbindung    des     Pyridacetyl-p-pheny-          lendiamina    mit einem Farbstoff kombiniert,  erhalten aus dianotiertem     m-Phenylendiamin     durch Kuppeln mit     in-Phenylendiamin.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Eine mit 30 kg     konz.    Salzsäure versetzte  Lösung von 26,35 kg     Pyridacetyl-p-pheny-          lendiamin    in 150 Liter Wasser wird mit 6,9  kg     Natriumnitrit    wie üblich dianotiert. Die       Dlineralsäure    stumpft man mit     Natriumacetat     ab, gibt noch weitere 15 kg     Natriumacetat     hinzu, und lässt in diese     Diazolösung    eine  Lösung von 50 kg eines Farbstoffes, erhal  ten aus dianotiertem     m-Phenylendiamin    durch  Kuppeln mit     m-Phenylendiamin    in 1000 Liter  Wasser von 35   einlaufen.

   Der ausgeschie  dene Farbstoff wird filtriert und getrocknet;  er stellt ein grünlich schimmerndes dunkles  Pulver dar, dessen Lösung in Wasser rein    rotbraun, in     konz.    Schwefelsäure tiefbraun  gefärbt ist. Die rein braunen Färbungen auf  tannierten Baumwolle und Seide sind gut  waschecht,     auf    Leder ist die Lichtechtheit  besonders gut.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines stark basischen Azofarbstoffes dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man die Diazoverbindung des Py- ridacetyl-p-phenylendiamins mit einem Farb stoff kombiniert, erhalten aus dianotiertem m-Phenylendiamin durch Kuppeln mit m- Phenylendiamin. Der Farbstoff ist ein dunk les Pulver, löslich in Wasser mit rotbrau ner, in konz. Schwefelsäure mit tiefbrauner Farbe. Die Färbungen auf tannierter Baum wolle und Seide sind gut waschecht; die Lederfärbungen zeichnen sich durch Reinheit und hohe Lichtechtheit aus.
