<B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 312189 Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen Polyazofarbatoffes der Stilbenreihe Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupfer haltigen Polyazofarbstoffes der Stilbenreihe, welches darin besteht, dass man 1 Mol der Aminodisazoverbindung der Zusammenset zung

den Diazokörper mit 1 Mol der Kupferkomplexverbindung von 2,2',4'-Trioxy- 1,1'-azoben7ol-5-sulfonsäure vereinigt und auf das so erhaltene Kupplungsprodukt die Diazo- verbindung aus 1 Mol 1-Amino-4-nitrobenzol- 2-sulfonsäure einwirken lässt.
Der neue, kupferhaltige Polyazofarbstoff der Stilbenreihe ist ein braunschwarzes Pul ver, welches sich in Wasser mit rotbrauner Farbe löst und Chromvelourleder in lebhaften braunen Tönen färbt.
Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die Teile Gewichtsteile, und die Prozente sind in Gewichtsprozenten angegeben.
<I>Beispiel</I> 64,3 Teile der Aminodisazoverbindung der Zusammensetzung

werden in Form des Natriumsalzes in 1000 Teilen Wasser gelöst und durch Zugabe einer Lösung von 7 Teilen Natriumuitrit in 20 Tei len Wasser und 30 Teilen 30 /aiger Salzsäure bei 10 diazotiert. Die Lösung der Diazover- bindung lässt man in eine eisgekühlte Lösung von 37,2 Teilen der Kupferkomplexverbin- dung aus 2,2',4'-Trioxy-1,
7.'-azobenzol-5-sulfon- säure und 40 Teilen Natriumcarbonat in 400 Teilen Wasser fliessen. Hierauf werden der Kumphtngslösung weitere 40 Teile Natrium- carbonat zugegeben. Dann gibt man ihr die Lösung der Diazoverbindung aus 21,8 Teilen 1-Amino-4-nitrobenzol-2-sulfonsäure zu. Nach beendigter Kupplung wird der erhaltene kup ferhaltige Polyazofarbstoff mittels Natrium chlorids abgeschieden, von der Lösung abfil- triert und getrocknet.
Er ist ein braunschwar zes Pulver, welches sich in Wasser mit rotbrau ner Farbe löst und Chromvelourleder in leb haften braunen Tönen färbt.

The new, copper-containing polyazo dye from the stilbene range is a brown-black powder that dissolves in water with a red-brown color and colors chrome suede in lively brown tones.

The solution of the diazo compound is left in an ice-cold solution of 37.2 parts of the copper complex compound of 2,2 ', 4'-trioxy-1,
7'-azobenzene-5-sulfonic acid and 40 parts of sodium carbonate flow in 400 parts of water. A further 40 parts of sodium carbonate are then added to the cumulative solution. The solution of the diazo compound from 21.8 parts of 1-amino-4-nitrobenzene-2-sulfonic acid is then added to it. When the coupling is complete, the copper-containing polyazo dye obtained is precipitated using sodium chloride, filtered off from the solution and dried.
It is a brown-black powder which dissolves in water with a red-brown color and colors chrome suede in lively brown tones.
