Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil de formage permettant de former des objets (32) en formant une feuille de matériau thermoformable (2), l'appareil comprenant un poste de conditionnement thermique (5) comprenant un four (6) destiné à chauffer le matériau (2) à une température de fonctionnement, et un poste de chauffage (8) positionné en aval du poste de conditionnement thermique (5) et comprenant un moyen de chauffage (9) pour chauffer des parties définies du matériau (2) à une température proche d'une température de ramollissement du matériau (2). Afin de réduire le matériau de rejet (2) au redémarrage de l'appareil (1) à la suite d'un arrêt-machine, le four (6) et le moyen de chauffage (9) sont positionnés à proximité l'un de l'autre de telle sorte qu'une partie (11) du matériau (2) intercalée entre le poste de conditionnement thermique (5) et le poste de chauffage (8) est chauffée par la chaleur générée par le four (6) et/ou par le moyen de chauffage (9). La présente invention concerne également un poste de chauffage et un procédé permettant de chauffer des parties définies (23).
