도 2 내지 도 4는 본 발명의 압연기용 온도조절장치를 도시한 정면도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 압연기용 온도조절장치에서 가열부를 도시한 평면도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 압연기용 온도조절장치의 가열온도에 따른 피압연부재의 입측온도와 출측온도 차이를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (6)
- 연주기에서 생산된 피압연부재의 이동 경로 상에 제공되는 장치바디;
상기 장치바디에 제공되며, 상기 피압연부재를 압하하는 압연롤을 제공하는 압연롤유닛; 및
상기 압연롤유닛에 연계되어 제공되며, 상기 피압연부재가 진입하는 상기 압연롤의 입측부는 가열하고, 상기 피압연부재가 배출되는 상기 압연롤의 출측부는 냉각시키는 가열냉각유닛;
을 포함하며,
상기 가열냉각유닛은,
상기 출측부에 인접하게 제공되는 냉각부; 및
상기 입측부에 인접하며, 상기 입측부와 상기 피압연부재가 접하는 위치를 향하게 구비되어 상기 피압연부재와 접하는 상기 입측부의 부분을 100 ~ 500℃의 온도로 가열하게 제공되는 가열부;
를 포함하여,
상기 피압연부재와 상기 압연롤의 접촉에 의한 상기 피압연부재의 온도 하락을 7 ~ 24℃의 온도범위로 형성하며, 상기 압연롤의 열충격을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연기용 온도조절장치. - 삭제

상기 가열부는,
상기 입측부와 상기 피압연부재 사이에 제공되는 지지판; 및
전원공급원과 연결되어 상기 지지판에 제공되며, 상기 입측부와 상기 피압연부재에 유도전류를 발생시켜 가열하는 유도코일;
을 포함하는 압연기용 온도조절장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가열부는 전류를 인가하여 발열하게 제공되는 가열롤러로 제공되는 압연기용 온도조절장치.
