Claims (6)
- 하기를 포함하는, 하나 이상의 열가소성 수지 연속 필름이 열 융착에 의해 열가소성 수지 연속 시트 상에 적층되는 열가소성 수지 연속 적층 시트의 제조 장치:시트 형태로 연속적으로 열 융합된 열가소성 수지를 압출하기 위한 금형;열가소성 수지 연속 시트를 형성하기 위해 상기 금형으로부터 압출된 상기 열가소성 수지를 압연하기 위한 캘린더 롤;상기 캘린더 롤에 의해 압연된 상기 열가소성 수지 연속 시트를 평평하게 유지하기 위한 유지 기구;상기 유지 기구에 의해 평평하게 유지된 상기 열가소성 수지 연속 시트의 하나 이상의 적층 표면을 가열하기 위한 가열 장치; 및상기 가열 장치에 의해 가열된 상기 열가소성 수지 연속 시트 상에 하나 이상의 열가소성 수지 연속 필름을 적층하기 위한 적층 롤.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 하나 이상의 열가소성 수지 연속 필름이 열 융착에 의해 열가소성 수지 연속 시트 상에 적층되는 열가소성 수지 연속 적층 시트의 제조 방법:시트 형태로 연속적으로 열 융합된 열가소성 수지를 압출하는 단계;열가소성 수지 연속 시트를 형성하기 위해 상기 압출된 열가소성 수지를 압연하는 단계;상기 열가소성 수지 연속 시트를 평평하게 유지하면서 상기 열가소성 수지 연속 시트의 하나 이상의 적층 표면을 가열하는 단계; 및상기 가열된 열가소성 수지 연속 시트 상에 하나 이상의 열가소성 수지 연속 필름을 적층하는 단계.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 연속 필름의 적층 표면(Fa)의 유리전이온도(Tgf)가 상기 열가소성 수지 연속 시트의 적층 표면의 유리전이온도(Tgs)보다 30℃ 낮은 온도 (Tgs -30℃) 이상인 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 연속 시트가 아크릴 수지 연속 시트 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트-스티렌 공중합체 수지 연속 시트로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 연속 시트를 포함하고, 상기 열가소성 수지 연속 필름이 아크릴 수지 필름, 메틸 메타크릴레이트-스티렌 공중합체 수지 필름, 스티렌 수지 필름, ABS 수지 필름, 불소 수지 필름, 또는 나일론 수지 필름으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 연속 필름을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 아크릴 수지, 스티렌 수지, 메틸 메타크릴레이트-스티렌 공중합체 수지, 폴리카보네이트 수지, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체 수지 (ABS 수지), 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌 공중합체 수지 (AS수지), 비닐 클로라이드 수지, 폴리올레핀 수지, 예컨대, 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리아세탈 수지, 불소 수지 및 나일론 수지로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 수지를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 열가소성 수지 연속 필름이 아크릴 수지 필름, 스티렌 수지 필름, 메틸 메타크릴레이트-스티렌 공중합체 수지 필름, 폴리카보네이트 수지 필름, ABS 수지 필름, 비닐 클로라이드 수지 필름, 폴리올레핀 수지 필름, 폴리에스테르 수지 필름, 폴리아세탈 수지 필름, 불소 수지 필름, 예컨대, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드(PVDF) 수지 필름 및 나일론 수지 필름으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 연속 필름을 포함하는 방법.
