Claims (23)
- REIVINDICAÇÕES1. Curativo de múltiplas camadas, caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende: uma primeira camada de um primeiro tecido não tecido absorvível compreendendo fibras que compreendem polímeros de poliéster alifático ou copolímeros de um ou mais monômeros selecionados dentre o grupo consistindo em ácido láctico, lactida (incluindo L-, D-, meso e misturas de D, L), ácido glicólico, glicolida, ε-caprolactona, p-dioxanona e carbonato de trimetileno; e uma segunda camada de um segundo tecido absorvível ou tecido tricotado compreendendo celulose oxidada, em que o referido primeiro tecido não tecido absorvível contém trombina e fibrinogênio.
- 2. Curativo de múltiplas camadas de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que o primeiro tecido não tecido absorvível compreende um copolímero de glicolida/lactida.
- 3. Curativo de múltiplas camadas de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que o segundo tecido absorvível ou tecido tricotado compreende celulose regenerada oxidada.
- 4. Curativo de múltiplas camadas de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que o segundo tecido absorvível ou tecido tricotado é um tecido tricotado absorvível compreendendo celulose regenerada oxidada.
- 5. Curativo de múltiplas camadas de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que o primeiro tecido não tecido absorvível compreende copolímero de glicolida/lactida e o segundo tecido absorvível ou tecido tricotado compreende celulose regenerada oxidada.
- 6. Curativo de múltiplas camadas de acordo com a reivindicação5, caracterizado pelo fato de que o primeiro tecido não tecido absorvível compreende fibra apresentando um comprimento de 19 mm a 38 mm (0,75 a1,5 polegadas).
- 7. Curativo de múltiplas camadas de acordo com a reivindicação6, caracterizado pelo fato de que a fibra é encrespada.
- 8. Curativo de múltiplas camadas de acordo com a reivindicação 5, caracterizado pelo fato de que o primeiro tecido não tecido absorvível compreendePetição 870170001850, de 10/01/2017, pág. 6/142 fibra apresentando um comprimento de 25 mm a 33 mm (1,0 a 1,3 polegadas).
- 9. Curativo de múltiplas camadas de acordo com a reivindicação 8, caracterizado pelo fato de que a fibra é encrespada.
- 10. Curativo de múltiplas camadas de acordo com a reivindicação 5, caracterizado pelo fato de que o primeiro tecido não tecido absorvível compreende de 70% a 95% em base molar de poliglicolida e o restante é polilactida, e o segundo tecido absorvível ou tecido tricotado compreende celulose regenerada oxidada.
- 11. Curativo de múltiplas camadas de acordo com a reivindicação 10, caracterizado pelo fato de que o primeiro tecido não tecido absorvível apresenta uma base ponderal de 16 a 310 g/m2 (0,01 a 0,2 g/pol2); o segundo tecido absorvível ou tecido tricotado apresenta uma base ponderal de1,6 a 310 g/m2 (0,001 a 0,2 g/pol2); e o curativo de múltiplas camadas apresentando trombina e fibrinogênio apresenta uma base ponderal de 155 a 1550 g/m2 (0,1 a 1,0 g/pol2).
- 12. Curativo de múltiplas camadas de acordo com a reivindicação 5, caracterizado pelo fato de que a atividade de trombina nos curativos varia de 20 IU/cm2 a 500 IU/cm2, e a atividade de fibrinogênio no curativo de múltiplas camadas varia de 2 mg/cm2 a 15 mg/cm2.
- 13. Método para a produção de um curativo de múltiplas camadas como definido na reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende as etapas de:(a) encrespar fibras ou filamentos de polímero absorvível em uma faixa de 10 a 30 encrespamentos por 2,54 cm (1 polegada);(b) cortar as fibras ou filamentos encrespados em um comprimento de fibra entre 0,25 cm (0,1 polegada) a 6,35 cm (2,5 polegadas);(c) cardar a fibra para formar um primeiro tecido não tecido absorvível e ainda manter a umidade em 40% a 60% à temperatura ambiente de 16°C a 24°C;(d) fixar o primeiro tecido não tecido absorvível ao segundo tecido absorvível ou tecido tricotado;Petição 870170001850, de 10/01/2017, pág. 7/14 (e) aplicar trombina e/ou fibrinogênio ao primeiro tecido não tecido absorvível.
- 14. Método de acordo com a reivindicação 13, caracterizado pelo fato de que o primeiro tecido não tecido absorvível compreende um copolímero de glicolida/lactida.
- 15. Método de acordo com a reivindicação 14, caracterizado pelo fato de que o segundo tecido absorvível ou tecido tricotado compreende celulose oxidada.
- 16. Método de acordo com a reivindicação 15, caracterizado pelo fato de que o segundo tecido absorvível ou tecido tricotado compreende celulose regenerada oxidada.
- 17. Método de acordo com a reivindicação 15, caracterizado pelo fato de que o segundo tecido absorvível ou tecido tricotado é um tecido tricotado absorvível compreendendo celulose regenerada oxidada.
- 18. Método de acordo com a reivindicação 13, caracterizado pelo fato de que o primeiro tecido não tecido absorvível compreende copolímero de glicolida/lactida e o segundo tecido absorvível ou tecido tricotado compreende celulose regenerada oxidada.
- 19. Método de acordo com a reivindicação 18, caracterizado pelo fato de que o primeiro tecido não tecido absorvível compreende fibra apresentado um comprimento de 19 mm a 38 mm (0,75 a 1,5 polegadas).
- 20. Método de acordo com a reivindicação 18, caracterizado pelo fato de que o primeiro tecido não tecido absorvível compreende fibra apresentando um comprimento de 25 mm a 33 mm (1,0 a 1,3 polegadas).
- 21. Método de acordo com a reivindicação 18, caracterizado pelo fato de que o primeiro tecido não tecido absorvível compreende um copolímero de glicolida e lactida em uma quantidade variando de 70% a 95% em base molar de poliglicolida e o restante é polilactida, e o segundo tecido absorvível ou tecido tricotado compreende celulose regenerada oxidada.
- 22. Método de acordo com a reivindicação 18, caracterizado pelo fato de que o primeiro tecido não tecido absorvível apresenta uma base ponderal de 16 a 310 g/m2 (0,01 a 0,2 g/pol2); o segundo tecido absorvívelPetição 870170001850, de 10/01/2017, pág. 8/14 ou tecido tricotado apresenta uma base ponderai de 1,6 a 310 g/m2 (0,001 a 0,2 g/pol2); e o curativo de múltiplas camadas apresentando trombina e fibrinogênio apresenta uma base ponderal de 155 a 1550 g/m2 (0,1 a 1,0 g/pol2).
