Abstract

MONTAGEM DE VEDAçãO, SISTEMA DE VEDAçãO DE EIXO, E, MéTODO DE FABRICAR UMA MONTAGEM DE VEDAçãO Uma montagem de vedação e método para sua fabricação são providos. A montagem de vedação provê uma vedação para fluido dinâmico entre um alojamento tendo um furo e um eixo tendo uma superfície passante externa dentro do furo. A montagem de vedação compreende um portador rígido para suportar a montagem de vedação dentro do furo do alojamento. Um membro flexível é montado ao portador rígido. O membro flexível é formado de um material elastómero que permite o membro flexível flexionar durante uso. Um elemento de vedação é retido pelo membro flexível ao redor da superfície passante externa. O elemento de vedação é formado de um material plástico não-politetrafluoroetileno de tipo de suporte tendo uma dureza relativamente maior do que uma dureza do mencionado material elastómero do membro flexível.
