Claims (12)
- 터빈의 고정체 내주면에 배치되는 제1 실링부재; 및
상기 제1 실링부재에 인접하여 터빈의 회전체 외주면에 배치되는 제2 실링부재;를 포함하며,
상기 제2 실링부재는,
터빈의 회전체 외주면에 장착되는 실링바디부; 및
상기 실링바디부에 배치되고, 적어도 일부는 누설유체의 흐름 반대방향으로 나선부가 형성된 치형부;를 포함하며,
상기 나선부는 상기 실링바디부상에 복수회로 감기며 일체로 형성되고 누설유체의 유입방향측에 배치되고, 상기 치형부의 회전시 유체가 누설 흐름의 반대방향으로 이송되며, 상기 제1 실링부재와의 간극에서 유체장벽을 형성하되,
상기 치형부는 누설유체의 유입방향측으로 회전되는 유체가 밀리도록, 상기 실링바디부상에 배치되는 단턱부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈의 실링 조립체.

상기 단턱부는 상기 나선부와 일정각도를 이루며 연결되어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈의 실링 조립체.
- 터빈의 고정체 내주면에 배치되는 제1 실링부재; 및
상기 제1 실링부재에 인접하여 터빈의 회전체 외주면에 배치되는 제2 실링부재;를 포함하며,
상기 제2 실링부재는,
터빈의 회전체 외주면에 장착되는 실링바디부; 및
상기 실링바디부에 배치되고, 적어도 일부는 누설유체의 흐름 반대방향으로 나선부가 형성된 치형부;를 포함하며,
상기 나선부는, 상기 치형부의 회전시 유체가 누설 흐름의 반대방향으로 이송되며 상기 제1 실링부재와의 간극에서 유체장벽을 형성하도록, 상기 실링바디부상에 복수회로 감기며 일체로 형성되고 누설유체의 유입방향측에 배치되고,
상기 제2 실링부재는, 회전방향의 외측으로 유체를 밀면서 상기 나선부에 의해 형성되는 유체장벽이 보강되도록,상기 실링바디부상에 상기 치형부와 연계되며 배치되고, 상기 나선부의 회전방향으로 곡면 경사부가 형성된 돌기부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈의 실링 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 돌기부는 상기 치형부와 일정각도를 이루며 배치되는 것을 특징을 하는 터빈의 실링 조립체.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 돌기부는 복수개로 제공되되, 각각의 상기 돌기부는 복수회로 감긴 상기 나선부 사이에서 동일선상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈의 실링 조립체.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 돌기부는 복수개로 제공되되, 각각의 상기 돌기부는 복수회로 감긴 상기 나선부 사이에서 일정간격을 두고 서로 다른 선상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈의 실링 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 곡면경사부는 상기 돌기부의 일측면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈의 실링 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 돌기부의 높이는 상기 치형부의 높이보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈의 실링 조립체.
