Abstract

"MANCAL DE BUCHA DE AMORTECIMENTO HIDRáULICO". Descreve-se um mancal de bucha de amortecimento hidráulico, em que um mancal de borracha interior, que apresenta uma parte interna (1) essencialmente cilíndrica ou aproximada da forma cilíndrica com uma perfuração de passagem (2) axial, um invólucro externo (3) envolvendo a parte interna (1) bem como um elemento de amortecimento (4) elastomérico disposto entre a parte interna (1) e o invólucro externo (3), ligado por vulcanização com a parte interna (1) e o invólucro externo (3), em suas extremidades axiais está envolto por câmaras (5, 5') para alojamento de um meio de amortecimento fluido, sendo que as câmaras (5, 5') são formadas separadamente por uma região hidráulica disposta em forno do mancal de borracha, que apresenta um suporte de canal (6) rígido, enfiado por cima do invólucro externo (3) do mancal de borracha, com um canal (7) para ligação hidrodinâmica das câmaras (5, 5'), uma bucha externa (8) se apoiando axialmente sobre o suporte de canal e meios (9, 9') dispostos axialmente de ambos os lados do mancal de borracha para fechamento do mancal de bucha, sendo que os meios (9, 9') na sua região externa radial consistem de um elastómero, no qual está vulcanizado um anel de apoio (12, 12"), sobre o qual a bucha externa (8) se apóia no suporte de canal (6).
