Abstract

DISPERSãO AQUOSA DE POLìMERO ANFóTERO FINAMENTE DIVIDIDO, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DA MESMA, E, USO DE DISPERSõES AQUOSAS DE POLìMERO ANFóTERO FINAMENTE DIVIDIDO. A invenção refere-se a uma dispersão aquosa de polímero anfótero finamente particulado obtida por meio de uma polimerização em dois estágios, sendo que, no primeiro estágio de polimerização, um pré-polímero obtido partindo de uma mistura de monómero de (a) 15 até 40 % em peso de pelo menos um éster (met) acrilato e/ou uma (met) acrilamida com um grupo amino livre, protonado e/ou amino quaternizado, (b) 40 até 70 % em peso de pelo menos um estirol opcionalmente substituído, (c) 0 até 25 % em peso de acrilonitrila e/ou de metacrilonitrila, (d) 0,5 até 5 % em peso de pelo menos um monómero etilenicamente insaturado que compreende grupos ácidos e (e) 0 até 30 % em peso de pelo menos um monómero não iónico, etilenicamente insaturado diferente de (b) e de (c) e a soma de (a) + (b) + (c) + (d) + (e) = 100 % em peso é preparada por polimerização em solução em um solvente que é parcialmente a completamente miscível com água, a solução / dispersão do pré-polímero é então adicionada à água e então sujeita a uma polimerização em emulsão em uma segunda etapa de polimerização com pelo menos um monómero não iónico, etilenicamente insaturado. A invenção também se refere à produção da dispersão por uma polimerização em dois estágios e uso da dispersão de polímero como meio de enrolamento para papel, pasta e cartolina.
