Abstract

ALFA-AMILASES MUTANTE. A presente invenção refere-se a novas enzimas de <244>-amilase variante nas quais os resíduos correspondentes a R179 r G180 em Bacillus stearothermophilus (SEQ ID NO: 2) são deletados. As enzimas de <244>-amilase variante descritas exibem estabilidade e/ou perfis de atividade alterados ou aumentados.
