Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para licuar almidón que comprende poner en contacto una lechada de un sustrato de almidón con una composición enzimática que comprende una fitasa y una alfa amilasa. La invención también se refiere a una mezcla de enzimas que comprende una fitasa derivada de Buttiauxella sp. y variantes de la misma y una alfa amilasa.
