Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO PARA O TRATAMENTO DE FORMA ELETROLìTICA DE ESTRUTURAS ELETRICAMENTE ISOLADAS". De modo a se permitir um tratamento eletrolítico contínuo de estruturas eletricamente condutivas pequenas que são eletricamente isoladas umas das outras em um material de folha eletricamente isolante, um dispositivo para o tratamento de forma eletrolítica de estruturas eletricamente condutivas em superfícies de peças de trabalho (1) que são eletricamente isoladas umas contra as outras é provido, o referido dispositivo compreendendo: a) pelo menos um arranjo compreendendo pelo menos um eletrodo (6) para contato com as peças de trabalho (1) e pelo menos uma região de eletrólise em uma respectiva região das quais pelo menos um contra-eletrodo (4) e as peças de trabalho (1) estão em contato com o líquido de processamento, b) pelo menos um eletrodo de contato (4) sendo disposto fora de pelo menos uma região de eletrólise e não estando em contato com o líquido de processamento e c) pelo menos um eletrodo de contato (6) e pelo menos uma região de eletrólise estando espaçados tão proximamente em conjunto para que as estruturas eletricamente condutivas possam ser tratadas de forma eletrolítica.
