patente de invenção: <b>"preparo de um preparado de carotenóide pulverizável finamente dividido''<d>. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo contínuo para o preparo de um preparado corante natural, carotenóide ou retinóide pulverizável, em que o ingrediente ativo é finamente dividido, esse processo compreende as etapas de: a) formação de uma suspensão do ingrediente ativo em um solvente orgânico não miscível em água contendo opcionalmente um antioxidante e/ou um óleo, b) alimentação da suspensão da etapa a) a um permutador de calor e aquecimento da referida suspensão para 100-250°c, por meio do qual o tempo de residência no permutador de calor é menos do que 5 segundos, c) mistura rápida da solução da etapa b) em uma temperatura na faixa de 20-100°c com uma solução aquosa de um colóide intumescível contendo opcionalmente um estabilizador, d) remoção do solvente orgânico, e e) conversão da dispersão da etapa d) em um preparado pulverizável.
