método para a construção de bactéria pertencente ao gênero bifidobacterium. um método para a produção de bactérias pertencentes ao gênero bifidobacterium possuindo excelente viabilidade, mesmo sob diversas condições diferentes, com diferentes fatores ambientais, as bactérias pertencendo ao gênero bifidobacterium obtidas pelo método e um método para a detecção das bactérias são fornecidos. mediante repicagem a armazenamento das bactérias pertencentes ao gênero bifidobacterium alternadamente em sistemas sob condições com diferentes fatores ambientais, as bactérias pertencentes ao gênero bifidobacterium exibem excelente viabilidade sob a totalidade das condições utilizadas para a alternada repicagem e armazenando podem ser produzidas.
