Abstract

"PROCESSO DE TRANSPOSIçãO DE UMA FOLHA DE MATERIAL EM MOVIMENTO PARA UM NúCLEO DE BOBINA E DISPOSITIVO PARA EXECUçãO DESTE PROCESSO". A invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que uma tira de transposição ( 11, 11.1 ) é introduzida entre a folha de material (3) e o cilindro de enrolar (2) de tal maneira que uma região (11.2) da peça de separação inicial (11, 11.1 ) não seja coberta pela folha de material (3), que a peça de separação inicial (11, 11.1) seja conectada com o novo núcleo de bobina (6) na região não coberta (11.2) depois de alcançar uma fenda (N2), formada pelo cilindro de enrolar (2) e o novo núcleo de bobina (6), e que é efetuada e/ou possibilitada pela peça de separação inicial (11, 11.1) uma separação da folha de material (3), pelo que é formado um novo começo de folha, amarrado na peça de separação inicial (11, 11.1) e o novo núcleo de bobina (6). A invenção se refere, outrossim, a uma máquina de enrolar (1) para execução do processo de acordo com a invenção. (Figura 2)
