Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE BORRACHA RETICULáVEL OU RETICULADA, ARMADURA DE TOPO DE UM ENVOLTóRIO DE PNEUMáTICO E ENVOLTóRIO DE PNEUMáTICO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de borracha que apresenta uma histerese reduzida que pode ser utilizada em uma armadura de topo de um envoltório de pneumático destinado a conter cargas pesadas. A composição de borracha de acordo com a invenção envolve uma matriz de elastómero que compreende borracha natural ou um poliisopreno de síntese em maioria e uma carga de reforço que compreende um negro de fumo e é tal que o dito negro de fumo satisfaz ao mesmo tempo as condições a seguir: (i) 45 <243> superfície específica CTAB em m^ 2^/g (segundo a norma ASTM D3765-80) <243> 70, (ii) 45 <243> superfície específica BET em m^ 2^/g (segundo a norma ASTM D4820-93) <243> 70, (iii) 45 <243> índice de adsorção de iodo IA em mg/g (segundo a norma ASTM D1510-81) <243> 70 (iv) razão (superfície BET/índice IA) <243> 1,07, (v) 115 <243> valor de estrutura DBP em ml/100 g (segundo a norma ASTM D2414-93) <243> 170, (vi) 85 nm <243> diâmetro de Stokes dst em nm <243> 145, em que dst é o diâmetro de agregados que correspondem à freq³ência máxima dos diâmetros de Stokes em uma distribuição de agregados e (vii) D50/dst <242> 0,0090. CTAB + 0,19, em que D50 é a diferença, na distribuição de agregados, entre os diâmetros de Stokes de dois agregados que correspondem a uma mesma freq³ência igual a 50% da freq³ência máxima dos diâmetros de Stokes, dst e D50 sendo medidos por foto-sedimentometria centrífuga.
