Abstract

본 발명은 보강제로시 입자경 및 응집체 크기가 크고 응집체 구조가 발달된 카본블랙을 사용함으로써 고무조성물의 분산성이 개선되고, 결합재로서 실리카 함량이 적은 유기실란을 사용함으로써 발열측성 및 회전저항이 개선된 트럭 및 버스용 타이어 트레드 고무조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 카본블랙은 요오드 흡수가가 90~120mg/g, 질소흡착비표면적이 100~140㎡/g, 디부틸프탈레이트 흡유량이 130~165ml/100g, 착색력이 95~110%이며, DST가 0.08~0.15㎛, △ DST가 0.04~0.08㎛인 것이 바람직하며, 실리카 처리된 유기실란은 실리카의 함량이 5~15중량%이고, 실란의 함량이 95~85중량%인 것이 바람직하다.
카본블랙의 사용량은 원료고무 100중랴부에 대하여 40~60중량부이고, 실리카 처리된 유기실란의 사용량은 3~15중량부이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 요오드 흡수가가 90~120mg /g, 질소흡착비표면적이 100~140㎡/g, 디부틸프탈레이트 흡유량이 130~165ml/100g, 착색력이 95~110%, DST가 0.08~0.15㎛, △DST가 0.04~0.08㎛범위인 카본 블랙을 40~50중량부 함유하며, 실리카의 5~15중량%이고 실란의 함량이 95~85중량%인 실리카처리된 유기실란을 3~15중량부 함유함을 특징으로 하는 고무조성물.
