Abstract

"LIGA COM BASE EM ALUMìNIO E MéTODO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE SEMIPRODUTOS DA MESMA". A presente invenção refere-se ao campo da metalurgia, de modo específico a ligas de alta resistência e de baixa densidade que podem ser soldadas, de um sistema de alumínio, cobre e lítio. A referida invenção pode ser usada na engenharia de veículos aéreos e espaciais. A liga sugerida é composta por cobre, lítio, zircónio, escândio, sílica, ferro, berilo e pelo menos um elemento a partir do grupo que inclui magnésio, manganês, zinco, germânio, ítrio, cério, titânio. Também é sugerido o método para a fabricação de semiprodutos, cujo método compreende o aquecimento do lingote moldado por fundição antes da laminação, laminação a quente, tratamento da solução sólida e resfriamento brusco com água, estiramento e um envelhecimento artificial em três etapas.
