Claims (10)
- 중량%로 나타낼 때, 탄소 1.1 내지 2.0%, 망간 0.5% 내지 3.5%, 크롬 1.0 내지 4.0%, 실리콘 0.6 내지 1.2%의 조성을 갖고 나머지는 통상의 불순물을 갖는 철로 되어, 그 경도가 47Rc 와 54Rc 사이이고, 주로 비평형적인 미세 퍼얼라이트의 금속 조직학적 구조를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고탄소 합금강.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소 함량이 1.2 내지 2.0%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 있어서, 탄소 함량이 1.3 내지 1.7%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강.
- 전항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소 함량이 1.5%정도인 것을 특징으로 한 강.
- 주어진 조성의 합금강이 주조 후 대략 900℃를 넘는 온도에서 대략 500℃의 온도로 0.30 내지 1.90℃/s의 냉각 속도로 냉각되어 강이 비평형적인 미세 퍼얼라이트로 주로 구성되는 상기 미세 조직을 갖도록 하여 경도가 47Rc와 54Rc사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 강의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 주조에서 마모성 부품, 특히 연삭 입자가 직접 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 퍼얼라이트 조직은 아직 식지 않은 조각을 주형에서 꺼내어 화학적 조성과 조형에서 꺼낸 후 냉각 속도를 조각의 덩어리에 적용하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 마모성 부품을 얻기 위한 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 합금강의 용도.
- 합금의 조성이 탄소 1.5%정도, 망간 1.5% 내지 3.0%정도, 크롬 3.0%정도, 실리콘 0.8%정도이고, 직경이 100㎜정도인 연삭구를 얻기 위한 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 합금강의 용도.
- 합금의 조성이 탄소 1.5%정도, 망간 0.8 내지 l.5%정도, 크롬 3.0%정도, 실리콘 0.8%정도이고, 직경이 70㎜정도인 연삭구를 얻기 위한 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 합금강의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
