Claims (2)
- C 2.8-3.8%, Si 1.8-2.8%, Mn 0.5-1.0%, Cu 0.2-1.0%, Ni 0.2-1.0%, Cr 0.5-1.5%, Mo 0.4-1.5%, P<0.15%, S<0.1% .나머지 Fe로서 조성되어, 접동면이 시멘타이트가 30-50% 결정화하는 칠조직으로 되도록 부품을 주조하며, 이 부품을 550-630℃에서 20-60분동안 어니일링한 다음, 기계가공하고, 다음에 염욕의 가열로에 채워넣고, 첨부도면의 제1도에서는 보는 바와같은 점 A(950℃, 1분), B(910℃, 1분), C(870℃, 2분), D(850℃, 4분), E(850℃, 10분), F(870℃, 10분), G(950℃, 6분)으로 둘러쌀 수 있는 범위내의 시간과 온도조건에 따라 가열하여 담금질을 하여 시멘타이트를 분해하는 일이 없이 베이스부를 마르텐사이트화하며, 나아가서 100-250℃, 120분 이하에서 탬퍼링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내점식성이 뛰어난 주철부품의 제조방법.
