Abstract
"MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA SUPORTAR DADOS EM MúLTIPLAS TAXAS ADAPTáVEIS (AMR) EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçAO CDMA". Técnicas para suportar dados codificados em múltiplas taxas adaptáveis (AMR - Adaptative MultiRate) em uma sistema de comunicação cdma2000. São definidos vários modos AMR para informações de fala (em várias taxas), descritores de silêncio (SID) (de vários tipos) e frames em branco (blanks). Os dados de fala e SID são providos em frames que se conformam a formatos de frames definidos pelo sistema cdma2000. Uma CRC é usada para cada frame AMR (por exemplo, uma CRC de 12 bits para fala e uma CRC de 8 bits para SID). Os dados AMR e bits CRC são adicionalmente codificados com um codificador convencional. A detecção de taxa cega é usada para detectar a taxa de frames dos frames AMR transmitidos. Para suportar a detecção de taxa cega, o número de bits provido ao gerador de CRC é diferente para cada taxa cega a ser detectada. Caso duas ou mais taxas cegas possuam o mesmo número de bits (tais como para SID), são providos, então, bits de formato para distinguir entre tais taxas.
