Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA FRAGMENTAR MATERIAL DE FRAGMENTAçãO". Um dispositivo para fragmentar o material de fragmentação especialmente para a indústria de processamento de carga com duas guarnições de corte (A, C) constituídas de uma placa perfurada (9.1, 9.3) e de um cabeçote de corte (10.1, 10.3) que gira à sua frente, com gumes de corte (11.1, 11.3), com uma fenda regulável entre a respectiva placa perfurada (9.1, 9.3) e os gumes de corte (11.1, 11.3) do cabeçote de corte (10.1, 10.3), as placas perfuradas (9.1, 9.3) são apoiadas contra batentes (20.1, 20.3) dentro de um corpo de regulagem (13) comum. Este corpo está montado regulável axialmente em relação aos cabeçotes de corte (10.1, 10.3) inamovíveis. Por meio deste corpo de regulagem as placas perfuradas (9.1, 9.3) podem ser conjuntamente reguladas na sua distância para com o cabeçote de corte correspondente. No caso, entre as duas placas perfuradas (9.1, 9.3) deverá ser disposta ao menos uma outra placa perfurada (9.2, 9.4) que se apóia contra as placas perfuradas (9.1, 9.3) adjacentes através de anéis distanciadores (21.2, 21.4).
