Abstract

"APARELHO PARA FABRICAR UMA CHAPA DE TIRA". Um aparelho para fabricar uma chapa de tira tem um laminador que inclui um par de cilindros de operação superior e inferior que laminam um material de placa que tem porções de borda caída em ambas as suas extremidades, e um par de cilindros de apoio que contatam superfícies laterais que não laminam do par de cilindros de operação superior e inferior, respectivamente, para impedir que os cilindros de operação sejam deformados. O cilindro de operação inclui uma porção com conicidade inversa onde um diâmetro de cilindro aumenta gradualmente no sentido de uma sua porção de extremidade de barril que corresponde à porção de borda caída. Os cilindros de operação superior e inferior são configurados para serem deslocáveis de maneira individual na direção na sua direção axial. O cilindro de apoio inclui uma porção de escape cujo diâmetro diminui gradualmente no sentido de uma sua extremidade axial, de modo a não contatar a porção com conicidade inversa do cilindro de operação, dentro de uma faixa de deslocamento do cilindro de operação.
