Abstract

"LAMINADOR DE CHAPA" Um laminador de chapa inclui um par de cilindros de operação que mantém e comprimem um material de chapa entre eles, uma pluralidade de cilindros de apoio que impedem que os cilindros de operação sejam deformados, e cilindros intermediários, cada um dos quais é colocado entre o cilindro de operação e o cilindro de apoio, de modo a ser deslocável. Cada um dos cilindros intermediários têm uma porção de cilindro de contato que contata com o cilindro de apoio e uma porção de barril de extensão que é conectada a uma extremidade da porção de cilindro de contato e não contata o cilindro de apoio em qualquer posição deslocada. O cilindro de contato é conformado para ter uma forma convexa tal, que um centro convexo do cilindro de contato é posicionado em um lado da porção de barril de extensão.
