Abstract
<B>PRODUTO DE AMIDO ALIMENTìCIO INCHADO E MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DO MESMO<D> A presente invenção inclui lanche de material de amido alimentício inchado, em particular material de amido de grãos, tendo uma textura torrada aperfeiçoada e uma aparência mais estética, e métodos para preparar os mesmos. Em termos gerais, os produtos são pedaços para lanche, bolos, crackers ou similares, feitos de material de amido alimentício. Preferivelmente, o material de amido é fornecido principalmente na forma de sementes individuais ou pelotas de um grão de cereal, como arroz, milho, trigo, centeio, aveia, painço, sorgo, cevada, trigo-sarraceno ou suas misturas. Quantidades de outros materiais de amido alimentício também podem ser empregadas como um constituinte co-misturado, ou como a fonte principal de material de amido alimentício, por exemplo, material de amido de batata. Uma quantidade do grão é inchada (expandida) em um modo que forma um produto de lanche de crespidão, leveza e textura únicas consideráveis tanto para a boca como para os olhos.
