Spring housing for leaf spring systems.

If a leaf spring breaks in the common leaf spring systems, which are divided in the middle into two spring bundles, the entire leaf spring must. ernwerk must be dismantled to replace the broken spring. According to the invention, the replacement of a broken spring is considerably simplified, namely in that the housing cover also consists of two parts, corresponding to the spring system divided in the middle into two spring bundles
 EMI1.1
of the spring housing needs to be opened.

In the drawing, the leaf spring mechanism in use with a spring hammer is shown in side view, in FIG. 2 in plan view and in FIG.

The spring system consists in a known manner of two sets of springs, namely of the set of springs 1, which engages the hammer head 3, and of the set of springs 2, to which the spring shoe 4 is attached by means of the fastening screw 5. The spring sets are mounted in the spring housing 6 in the middle. The same has a partition 7 in its middle part, against which the sets of springs rest from both sides. The spring housing is provided with a divided housing cover 8, 8 ′, which parts are connected to the housing by means of the connecting screws 9, 9 ′.

Furthermore, screws 10, 10 'are arranged through the two cover halves 8, 8', housing 6 and through holes arranged in the spring bundles 1. 2, which fasten the spring housing and the spring bundle firmly to one another and hold them in place.

In the event of breakage of a leaf spring z. B. in the leaf spring set 1, the screws 9 and 10 are lifted and the cover half 8 lifted. As a result, the spring set 1 becomes free and the broken spring can be replaced without having to remove the spring set 2 and actuate its fastening.

**WARNUNG** Ende CLMS Feld Kannt Anfang DESC uberlappen**. . PATENT CLAIM: EMI1.2 consist, characterized in that the housing cover also consists of two parts corresponding to the spring division, which are connected to the housing through screws penetrating them, which simultaneously go through holes arranged in the springs, so that in the event of a spring break only one half of the spring housing needs to be opened. ** WARNING ** End of CLMS field may overlap beginning of DESC **.
