Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zur Gewinnung elektrischer Energie aus Strömungsenergie eines strömenden Gewässers, mit einer schwimmenden Rotoreinheit in Form einer ein- oder mehrgängigen archimedischen Schraube (1) beschrieben, die beiderends bezüglich einer Positioniervorrichtung (2) mittels Lager (10) gelagert und mit der Positioniervorrichtung im strömenden Gewässer positionierbar ist und mit einem von der Rotoreinheit angetriebenen elektrischen Generator (5, 16). Um die Verletzungsgefahr für Lebewesen zu verringern, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die um einen Kern (13) gewundene Wendel (14) der archimedischen Schraube (1) als Schwimmkörper ausgebildet ist.
