   Die Brenndauer der Elektroden nach Stamm-Patent Nr 33992 lässt sich vergrössern, wenn man der Masse der Metalloxyde und Metalle eine gewisse Menge eines Silikates zusetzt. Es ist zwar bei Kohlenelektroden, welche Dochte besitzen, bekannt, dem Kohlenstoff der Dochtmasse Natriumsilikat (Wasserglas) beizufügen zu dem Zwecke, die Leitfähigkeit der Gassäule des Licht-   hngens zu erhöhen :   eine Verlängerung der Brenndauer tritt jedoch bei Dochtkohlen durch den
