Process for making a tar soap.

It is known that wood tar is used to produce the known tar soaps. However, the wood tar has the disadvantage that it contains excess acetic acid. so reacted sour. Because of this property, it is not suitable to the extent required for mixing with soaps or for producing tar soaps, since it has the effect of decomposing the soap. The soap contains fatty acid salts. If you mix the soap with wood tar, the acetic acid of the tar will react chemically with the alkali of the fatty acid salt. Acetic acid alkali is formed with elimination of corresponding amounts of fatty acids.

According to the present invention, this Cbelstand is avoided in that for the production of the tar soap instead of the wood tar, a tar is used, which by dry
