Abstract
Un método para la remoción del ADN residual de un caldo de fermentación que comprende una proteína de interés y un microorganismo que produce la proteína de interés, comprendiendo dicho método: a) agregar un cloruro de polialuminio al caldo de fermentación, y b) separar el microorganismo floculado del caldo de fermentación.
