Abstract

Un método para la producción contínua de tablas de material de fibra lignocelulósica caracterizado porque el material se deshace en partículas y/ofibras. Estas se secan, encolan, y forman una estera. La estera se comprime hasta formar unatabla terminada mientras se introduce vapor. De acuerdo con lapresente invención, la compresión se lleva a cabo en un solo paso y el vapor se introduce a través de uno o varios rodillos de compresión. Al inyectar vaporde este modo se obtiene un curado suficiente como para soportar las características de vuelta al estado anterior inherentes a las fibras de maneraque es posible lograr un espesor final de la tabla con un solo paso de compresión.
