Abstract

Un método para la producción contínua de tablas de material de fibra lignocelulósica caracterizado porque el material se deshace en partículas y/ofibras que se secan,encolan,y forman una estera que se prensa hasta formar una tabla terminada de modo que se introduce vapor. De acuerdo con la presenteinvención, el vapor se introduce en cantidad limitada en un primer paso de inyección. Esta cantidad se regula de forma que el vapor sólo penetra, calientay cura la capa superficial de la estera. Así, se obtiene una tabla que tenga una capa superficial con una mayor densidad que la capa central de forma que lasiguiente compresión de calibración provee un mayor espesor que permite que la capa central se expanda a la vez que se mantiene la densidad de las capassuperficiales.
