In the international arena with increasing the differentiation between groups in terms of politics, economics and ideologies, people began to try to reflect their own culture, language and so on in specific region which was they lived area. In the mid-20 th century, the term " ethnicity " as it is used today replacing terminology of " races " or " nations " used for the concept of in the 19 th century. Especially in the post-Cold War period has witnessed a number of ethnically-informed secessionist movements, predominantly within the former communist states. After the decline of Soviet Union, numbers of the multi-ethnic societies increased within different nations and then we began to see differentiations as a term of ethnic conflict that escalated to violence and civil war. In this study, my paper will focus on the term of " Ethnic Conflict " and the case of conflicts between South Caucasus and Abkhaz.

Conservatism is mainly political doctrine. However, someone define conservatism use the ideology, someone use political doctrines which is dominated in the international system. Because of these reasons, we will especially look at the definition of conservatism. When we explain what is conservatism at the same time we need to say forms of conservatism because these different forms of conservatisms are related to states' ideologies and politics; and also they affect state's behaviors. In addition, conservatism play an important role in the political life historically, and its historical progress is quite remarkable in terms of its exit point. On the other hand, within the historical evaluation, we see some elements which was help to define conservatism and also we see some different types of conservatism. This paper main purpose is analyze what are differences and similarities between American Conservatism and Turkish Conservatism by using specific types and elements of conservatism.

It reflects the national security understanding of nations. As people now, Every nations need to protect their societies and with this understanding they create their specific national security documents. And this, document also reflect society security understanding that was created imaginary.
