Fear of success can be a barrier in improving individual performance. Earlier studies found that social support predict fear of success negatively, however only little research about it among female police officers especially in Jakarta. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of social support on fear of success among female police officers. This research used a quantitative method with 50 female police officers as a sample which has following characteristics; married, minimum rank Second Police Inspector Adjutant (Aipda) and domicile in Jakarta. Purposive sampling technique was used in this study. Social support was measured using a social support scale based on forms of social support from Sarafino and Smith (2011) consisting of 43 items with an alpha value of 0.963, while fear of success was measured using a fear of success scale based on fear of success’s aspects from Shaw and Costanzo (1982) consisting of 37 items with an alpha value of 0.943. The aim of this study is to examine the correlation between social support and anxiety in pregnant women toward giving birth. Participants of this research are 100 pregnant women whom already toward giving birth with 28 until 28 weeks pregnant period. The result shows that the level of social support felt by the participants is in moderate toward high, and the anxiety is moderate toward low. There is also negative correlation between social support and anxiety toward giving birth. It is mean that the higher social support felt by the participants, the lower anxiety they faced.

To date, a career woman or a woman who holds high position in an office is not uncommon. However, in some societies a career woman is still less appreciated. This results in conflict for a woman having high motivation to have better career. This study aims to know if there is a positive relationship between achievement motivation and fear of success in adult working women in their early stage of their career. To collect data of this study, a questionnaire was administered using Likert scales. This study uses bivariate correlation test to examine the relationship between achievement motivation as predictors and fear of success as a criterion. The technique of data analysis was Pearson Correlation Product Moment Correlation. The number of subjects in this study was 43 female workers with a minimum working position of supervisor. In adolescent girls problems regarding body shape often occur. Especially adolescent girls who are obese, they tend to look at their body shape negatively. This study aims to examine the contribution of self compassion to body dissatisfaction in adolescent girls who are obese. The respondents of this study were 100 teenage girls aged 13 to 21 years. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Retrieval of data using a self-compassion scale and Body Uneasiness Test A (BUT A) scale. Data analysis in this study used a simple regression test. The results of this study indicate that there is a very significant contribution of self compassion to body dissatisfaction in adolescent girls who experience obsession. Self compassion as a form of positive self appreciation will make adolescent girls who are obese able to control their thoughts, feelings, and behavior to be able to accept the state of their physical form and love themselves more.

Kehamilan di luar nikah menimbulkan permasalahan yang mengarahkan pada situasi sulit dan menekan, seperti pandangan negatif dari masyarakat dan menimbulkan konflik dalam keluarga. Dalam hal ini berpengaruh pada psychological well-being remaja yang hamil di luar nikah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran serta hal-hal lain yang mempengaruhi psychological well-being pada remaja akhir yang hamil di luar nikah.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus dengan metode pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu orang subjek wanita yang hamil di luar nikah pada saat remaja dalam rentang waktu usia 19-21 tahun. From these results we can see that this research hypothesis acceptable, which means there is a positive relationship between motivation significant work and creativity in working on the creative team of electronic media. This means that the higher work motivation, the higher the subject of creativity. This is supported by the opinion Adni (1994), which explains the high motivation will lead to increased creativity. Therefore, by having a high work motivation will bring creativity as well. This is highly needed once the creative team, particularly working in electronic media, because since we can assess how attractive ideas that they serve in each of impressions and can be said to succeed if their events attract many viewers or listeners. In this day and age, one whose creativity is needed at that particular company operates in the entertainment world that demands more creativity. This field requires presentation of how they work in order to attract the audience of the work. All events can be displayed with the help of print media or electronic media. Therefore a lot of companies that require their employees, especially for the creative team of electronic media have the motivation to work can have a maximum creativity so that it can compete with other industries which are engaged in television or broadcasting. Creative team is a group of individuals who are exploring their creative ideas that can be poured and the production is slick. The creative team on the electronic media play a role in terms of presenting a program as interesting as possible so that the audience of the show they do not feel monotonous with ideas that they pour in their coverage programs. View of the tasks that they can lead us to generate a value that works fine and the maximum to be presented either through print or electronic media, the creative team must have the motivation of work so they can have a maximum creativity in creating the ideas or works which is always interestingand different from others. That is why researchers want to know the relationship between motivation and creativity in working on the creative team of electronic media .
