This study aims to examine and discuss: The direct effect and significance of work motivation
on job satisfaction; Direct influence and significance of organizational culture on job
satisfaction; Direct influence and significance of leadership style on job satisfaction; Direct
influence and significance of work motivation on performance; Direct influence and
significance of organizational culture on performance; Direct influence and significance of
leadership style on performance; Direct influence and significance of job satisfaction on
performance; The indirect effect and significance of work motivation on performance through
job satisfaction; The indirect effect and significance of organizational culture on performance
through job satisfaction; The indirect effect and significance of leadership style on performance

findings: Work motivation has a direct, significant, and positive effect on job satisfaction;
Organizational culture has a direct, insignificant, and negative effect on job satisfaction;
Leadership style has direct, insignificant, and positive effect on job satisfaction; Work
motivation has a direct, insignificant, and positive effect on performance; Organizational
culture has a direct, significant and positive effect on performance; Leadership style has a
direct, insignificant, and negative effect on performance; Job satisfaction has a direct,
insignificant and positive effect on performance; Work motivation has an indirect, insignificant,
and positive effect on performance through job satisfaction; Organizational culture does not
have a significant positive effect, and does not lead to performance through job satisfaction;
Leadership style has an indirect, insignificant, and positive effect on performance through job
satisfaxction.

Respoden as many as 109 people, all hotel employees. Data were analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results of the study are: Culture of Organizationhas a positive and not significant direct effect on Commitment; Culture of Organizationhas a positive and not significant direct effect on turnover intention; Work satisfaction has a positive and not significant direct effect on commitment; Work satisfaction has a direct negative effect and is not significant for turnover intentions; commitment has a negative and not significant direct effect on the intention to employees' move; culture of organizationhas a negative and not significant indirect effect on turnover intention through commitment; Work satisfaction has a negative and indirect significant effect on turnover intentions through commitment. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Menguji dan menjelaskan berikut ini: Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Komitmen ; Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap intensi turnover;Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen; Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap intensi turnover; Pengaruh komitmen terhadap intensi turnover; Pengaruh tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap intensi turnover melalui komitmen organisasi; Pengaruh tidak langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap intensi turnover melalui komitmen. Respoden sejumlah 109 orang, seluruh karyawan hotel. Data dianalisis dengan model persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian yakni: Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi; Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap intensi turnover; Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap intensi turnover; Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh langsung negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap niat pindah karyawan; Budaya organisasi berpengaruh tidak langsung negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap intensi turnover melalui
