Every time I deal with Berls they are fantastic. Always priced right a delivered on time. Love this company I ordered an extra part and Chris called me on my cell phone to make sure I wasn’t buying something extra. You don’t get that service anywhere on line 5 star all day.

Do not get on their e-mail list. After a purchase (which actually went rather smoothly) they have continued to send me promotional e-mails even though I have unsubscribed SEVERAL times. They are relentless and don't care about your desire to be left alone. I have added them to my spam filter and will never do business with them again. EVER.

I have been trying to get some customer service from this company for 3 months now - by email, phone and their own online chat facility. No reply by any electronic means, nobody answers the phone, complete joke of a company. My customer has one of their ludicrously expensive Japanese baths, which is currently completely useless as the Euroclicker waste they supplied needs a new seal. I definitely do not advise anyone to spend money with this company!
