Do not get on their e-mail list

Do not get on their e-mail list. After a purchase (which actually went rather smoothly) they have continued to send me promotional e-mails even though I have unsubscribed SEVERAL times. They are relentless and don't care about your desire to be left alone. I have added them to my spam filter and will never do business with them again. EVER.

NO REPLACEMENT PARTS

They have no replacement parts for their door knobs and they're already getting into games about using lubricant on a door handle that is clearly no longer working because the inner mechanism is worn out. I'm out. NO MORE SIGNATURE HARDWARE. THEY DON'T THINK STRAIGHT.

Great compnay

Bought a couple of things with them and they are one of the most pleasant companies to deal with. The quality of their product is top notch too.

excellent return service

I ordered a brass curved shower rod for our bathroom remodel and it was exactly what I hoped it to be. Our contractor was delayed in starting our remodel project and towards the end of the project, we chose to go with a glass sliding door enclosure instead of rod and shower curtain. The company graciously allowed us to return the rod without a restocking fee and emailed us a return label ($15 fee deducted from refund). They were extremely accommodating and understand and the product received was of great quality. I would highly recommend using this company.

Stands by their Warranty

I purchased a kitchen faucet with a lifetime warranty from Signature Hardware 14 years ago. The sprayer hose recently started leaking, and I reached out to the distributor where I purchased all of my plumbling supplies for this remodeling, Ferguson in Dallas. They promised a reply with 24-48 hours, and I received a reply within 48 hours. While Signature no longer had replacement parts, they replaced the entire faucet and shipped promptly. My plumber reinstalled and I was back in business. Thanks, Signature Hardware for great quality product with a wonderful warranty and perfect customer service.

I ordered a pillow from this company

I ordered a pillow from this company, never received an order confirmation but they took my money straight away
Because I have no order number the online chat doesn't work
No telephone number to call
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE- THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS **DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY **

Yes you did sell the memory foam contour pillow

How come it's taken you so long to reply- were you waiting until you no longer sold pillows

Terrible delivery, terrible customer service -- $2,500 doesn't get you white glove delivery

We had to spend $200 on tarps and bungies to cover the 385 pound vanity we ordered -- and then pay two guys a bunch of cash -- to move the vanity in to our house. I have furnished two of my own homes with Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma, and this is the first company where $2500 spent doesn't get you in-home delivery! We haven't installed yet so my rating might go down. Avoid Signature Hardware if you can. Te

Atrocious service

Well, basically ordered bedding 9 days ago sent messages no response. They taken the money, and they say delivery in 3 to 5 days, complete nonsense furthermore they say customer promise basically give good service well that’s in my opinion not true neither. As other people have said don’t buy from them the service is poor, appalling, atrocious, abysmal, and no numbers to call…. Seriously!!!

Purchased a very heavy stone sink that…

Purchased a very heavy stone sink that arrived fast and very well packaged but with a blemish. My customer service experience was great. It was so easy to send an email with a picture of the blemish, and they inspected the replacement sink before shipping it out. Thank you Ashley!

Outstanding Warranty -- after 16 years -- honored

I purchased a stand alone faucet for my pedestal tub 16 years ago. The inner workings of the faucet (cartridge) broke recently. I didn't have the order number or remember where I bought it. I looked online and found what appeared to be my faucet. I contacted their customer service. They looked up my address, found my order and they said it was under warranty still and would ship it free. Then they realized that unit was discontinued and they are replacing the whole unit! That's amazing customer service. Kendra was the agent and she went above and beyond. I'm so thrilled I bought from Signature Hardware. Their customer service is stellar!! They need to be recognized for this today as it is so rare to find such a great company! I'm just in awe. Thank you, Signature Hardware!

DO NOT BUY!!

Ordered an item on the 11th of December, it never arrived, couldn't get a response from anyone, finally they got in touch on the 21st of December and said they would send it by 24parcel force, it's the 9th of January and I still have had no item and no refund so I'm down 40 odd quid. Do not buy from this company, they don't know how too run a business.

Bought a pull toilet for over $1,000…

Bought a pull toilet for over $1,000 from Signature Hardware. Nicely installed by our Plummer although he complained of no instructions.
The toilet is very very loud. It is loud because there is no top to the water reservoir. They don’t sell tops. They will not take returns.

Very disappointed.

Unreliable delivery timelines and bad customer service

Quality of the product is good, but we have been waiting for three weeks for a piece we purchased, being constantly told that it would be shipped in 3 days. Signature Hardware is not taking responsibility, blaming offshore suppliers. Impossible to talk to a manager. We spent ~2000 USD with this supplier, but instead of offering rush shipment for the piece, which is still missing, they asked for us, the customer, to pay for rush shipment and processed a 9 USD refund as an apology for the delay. Seems a joke.

Not to be trusted.

I have been trying to contact this company but the message box is always full, this obviously makes me suspicious. I will give them three more days then I will have to contact my credit card company for a refund. I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering.
I might get my grandson to go and see just what kind of business is being run from this address.

absolute nightmare

This company is an absolute nightmare. I ordered a duvet cover, after 2 weeks I hadn't received and had no communication from them either. I managed to find their WhatsApp and messaged them. They told me the package was due to be dispatched yet another week later!! At least 3 week delivery for a duvet cover!!! No thanks!!... Cancelled order because there was no apology, no communication regarding delay of item and their attitude via WhatsApp was the worst customer service I've come across in a very long time. Don't waste your time with this company they are terrible.

Absolutely terrible!!!

Oh dear I wish i had read trust pilot reviews before I used this company. I placed an order and paid for next day delivery on 29 November - 12 days later and it still hasn’t arrived. Nobody answers emails and can’t find phone number. Do not use this website!!!!!

Can’t contact this company at all

Can’t contact this company at all, even though I have used the e mail address given, and the customer service team on the phone, is non exsistant.
I could send the item back, but why should I have to foot the postage when the item is not as described

Terrible customer service; won’t replace faulty shower head

I ordered a relatively expensive shower head in which many of the water ports wouldn’t release any water. I asked about an exchange and the fact that I discovered the water ports weren’t working means that I installed and they won’t take returns so I have a faulty shower head that I can’t get a refund on

Shipping took 3 weeks when in stock!!

We have a furniture business which had no outdoors, and few weeks ago we bought some outdoor sets. We paid quite a high price because it was supposed to be in stock. 3 weeks it took to be delivered! Items were full of spiders (like 20 of them) very not easy to mount, quality more than average!
We have 6,000 items in STOCK, and it takes from the moment the order is placed only 4 to 6 business days to be delivered anywhere in the US. Nice guy on the phone, but I wish he didn't lie to us! Waiting is annoying, especially when you think it's going to be here earlier! Now we just took the exclusive distribution of a major outdoor brand, our clients can't wait 3 weeks for something in stock!

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company, ordered goods and no delivery came. When I emailed I received a response full of personal information about the directors. This company should not be trading. Like many I didn’t read reviews.
